Pepes Taco

I love this place! We arrived for the first time in Puerto Vallarta 2 days ago. I had seen Pepe’s name mentioned here and there in the comment section of many TikToks celebrating Pancho’s Takos. Ironically enough, our Airbnb happened to be 2 blocks from Pepe’s, so that was our first stop. Best Al Pastor tacos I’ve ever had!!! … We also tried the more popular Pancho’s Takos in the romantic zone and IMHO, they didn’t come close to Pepe’s! EXCELLENT TACOS! Amazing every single time. I will be having them at least two more times before I leave! (P.S. I can only vouch for the Al Pastor tacos)

Best Tacos al Pastor we had in town (many street vendors were close!!). We tipped it for is was the wood smoke flame, sparks and smoke filled the air, the chef on the vertical spit was super fun to watch!! Very entertaining. Food was quick amd prices reasonable. Totally recommend:)

Just awesome!! Simply get 3-4 street tacos plus chips. Enjoy!! My favorite place to eat in PV. Cash only. They do take USD at 16 pesos per dollar… not bad if you don’t want to get pesos.

Best tacos ever!!! The service was awesome everyone is so nice and friendly!!!! Amazing pastor, shrimp, and steak tacos. INCREDIBLE flan!!! I came here twice on my one week trip and both times were exceptional. Came solo the first time , so good I brought my brother and parents the next day. They loved it also!!!! Highly recommend visiting this place

We arrived a bit early not realizing this place opens at 1pm. Once we realized they are open all night, it made sense. We were able to watch one gentleman prep the all pastor for cooking. Quite the process. Very interesting. We grabbed a spot under a fan which was nice. It was warm, but moving air is welcome when it's hot. The sercive was great. Our servers English was pretty good. Our Spanish is lacking for sure. Our order was taken and delivered so hot and fresh. As with most places they had sauces for the Tacos. Two were mild, and two were spicy. The meat was spiced very nicely so I didn't need to add "heat", but my husband did. Another must go again spot.

Open from 1 PM until 6 AM, this taco spot is a fantastic place for a late meal. The food is delicious with generous portions, and the staff are always friendly. If you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta, I think this is definitely a place you should try at least once.

We went at 1:00 when they opened and within minutes after getting our table the place was full. I had the stuffed baked potato with Al Pastor and cheese and it was sooo good and a huge serving. My wife had the Al Pastor torta which comes with cheese and pineapple and it was delicious. It's definitely a place you must visit at least once. The service was very good and definitely a good value.
